Why a fish? Rather, why not a fish?! It does seem very Decemberists-esque. I slapped it right down into the front of my sketchbook. I feel a bit more Decemberists-like with it there, keeping me company!

This sticker was the stickiest sticker I have ever stuck. It also did not smell of fish, which was a plus as a scratch and sniff fish sticker sounds like a really bad idea. I am now better equipped to communicate my love of The Decemberists from my bumper with none of the fish stank that may drive people away.

The idea originally was to buy the fish stickers for my sisters and niece as gifts for when I see them in a couple of weeks. I kept looking at the image and thought, no, I'm not going to neglect myself! I'm glad I didn't. It's a wonderfully quirky large enough to be seen sticker that as yet, has not found a permanent place, but is currently being propped up in a bowl of hand-blown glass orbs. I actually kinda like that location--and it just might remain there. Love the sticker!!
